It is truly the most basic fundamental element of almost every food culture. Humankind has been crafting artisan breads for thousands of years. Rainbow bagels, funfetti everything, avo toast: those are trends. But guess what? Making homemade bread isn’t a trend. We all know that making homemade bread has been a really big deal in 2020.
